Agile isn’t for everyone. As much as people want to tell you otherwise, it isn’t true. Also, there is nothing bad if someone doesn’t want to work in an Agile way. The key to a successful Agile company is understanding how to find people that will embrace and thrive working in an Agile way. You also must understand the management skills critical to develop and drive to effectively manage Agile practitioners. You can’t force someone to do something they don’t want to do but you can hire someone who wants to do it.
