Free Live Webinar: Using the Business Resilience Framework to Deliver Benefits
About the Webinar
International Institute for Learning presents Using the Business Resilience Framework to Deliver Benefits
The Business Resilience Framework enables organizations to prepare to bounce forward, not simply bounce back when VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) events happen. We have learned in recent years that we can’t always forecast business conditions accurately and so Business Resilience prepares us to not only face-up to challenges but take advantage of the ‘unknown unknowns’.
A critical aspect is to ensure people in the organization develop a purposeful mindset, and are supported and trained to sustain performance through VUCA events – whilst building and maintaining the ability to seek benefits from challenging conditions. This is known as a PACE Culture.
Leaders are considered at five organizational levels linked to implementation of the Business Resilience Framework; it recognizes that the work of individuals, teams, departments, the organization or network partners all have a significant role to play, realizing benefits of a resilient organization.
Join us to gain an understanding of the benefits of the Business Resilience Framework, how to measure resilience and how you can make a difference in your organization.
