Presentation Title: Using Data to Help You Transform How You Deliver Projects in the New Year
Presentation Summary: At the beginning of the year we look for changes to make in our lives whether that be our diet, our relationships and perhaps even the way we work. To help us transform the way we work with projects, we’re going to examine some data from industry research to be informed with what changes to make. Let’s not go off gut instincts, rather let’s rely on some of the data collected to show us what to transform.
