Presentation Title: The Future of Work - Demand, Skills, and Performance Summary
It is predicted that more than 25 million project managers will be needed globally over the next ten years to meet the business demand for project delivery. In this session, we will explore the global demand for project management, the skills that are most important, the challenges with finding a position, and key areas of individual and group performance.
BIO: Derrick Brownell, Project Management and Delivery Leader.
Derick Brownell is a partner and Director of Sales and Business Development for The PMO Squad, a PMO and Project Delivery Advisory Firm based in Arizona. Derick also serves as a PMI Phoenix and Society of Information management Board member focused on member programs and networking events.
As a former professional athlete and corporate PMO Director, my mission is to serve the soccer and project management communities through coaching, mentoring, and sales experiences.
