Main Site:

DoubleTree by Hilton, 320 N 44th St, Phoenix (location will vary by month) : 

  • non-Member and Late registration: $40     Member Early Bird registration: $35
  • Early Bird discount available up until 12:01am the Monday prior to the event     
  • Members must be logged into the website to receive this discount
  • New Member Orientation occurs before Evening Meeting at Main Site at 5:15 p.m.
  • Be sure to select whether you will be attending Orientation during your registration.
  • New Member Orientation Live is available every other month just prior to the Evening Meeting

Remote Sites:

  • Chandler:  ASU Innovation Center;    Early Bird registration: $10  /   Late registration,  $15
  • Early Bird discount available up until 12:01am the Tuesday prior to the event

SPECIAL:

  • Just in time for the holidays, we will be collecting Toys for Toys For Tots at this meeting.
  • Please consider donating a new, wrapped toy to bring joy to this country’s less fortunate children.

FOOD:

  • MainSite: includes buffet style food.
  • Remote Sites: ASU Innovation Center; Light refreshments/snacks are provided
  • Remote Sites: APS Palo Verde Energy Education Center; Nothing is included but you are welcome to bring whatever you would like to eat and drink with you to the site
  • Remote Sites: Yavapai College; Nothing is included but you are welcome to bring whatever you would like to eat and drink with you to the site.
  • Remote Sites: Northern Arizona University; Nothing is included but you are welcome to bring whatever you would like to eat and drink with you to the site.

POLICIES:

Registration Policy: Registration is required for all meetings. Each meeting notice has a link to the registration process when registration opens.
Cancellation Policy:
MainSite: Full refund minus $5 fee, up to 3 days before the event.
No refunds permitted after 3 days prior to the event.
Remote Sites: Full refund minus $5 fee, up to 2 days before the event.
No refunds permitted after 2 days prior to the event.
Presentations Recording Policy: Speaker presentations may not be videotaped or photographed without prior permission by the Chapter. Speaker presentations, (when available), may later be posted to the chapter website for member access.
