Dori Gilbert, Kite Agility:

Dori’s early career started in technology as a software test engineer and contracts analyst before settling into project management leading product development projects. Since she had an affinity for clear communication with the engineers and stakeholders, she then traversed through product management where she practiced release and product descriptions, went all the way into product marketing where she expanded her communication skills into messaging and positioning and landed in an internal IT department communicating project impacts and milestones to users.

Most recently, she was a staff member on an IT PMO team where she made improvements to the methodology and supported project managers by leading efforts in improved processes, training tips, coaching, and content sharing.

Dori is the Managing Partner of Kite Agility, where she offers services in up-leveling project managers’ practice in power skills. She is passionate about brainstorming and helping professionals and businesses grow into their goals. She recently became certified as a Listening Intelligence Practitioner.

With over 13 years in recruitment and technical sales, Ashley Taylor stands as a beacon for job seekers navigating the energy, transportation, and mobility sectors. Her insights have been honed through thousands of interactions with professionals, spanning from industry giants like Honda to budding startups such as Rivian.

At the heart of Ashley's success is her unique talent for forging swift, impactful connections. This, along with her deep empathy and extensive recruitment industry knowledge, inspired the creation of her career coaching venture, ChargedUp Careers.
