Presentation Title/Topic: How to Introduce Agile into a 93-Year-Old Company
Speaker: Donovan Ray Hardenbrook PMP, ACP-PMI, NPDP, MBA, MSEE
Speaker Bio: Donovan Ray Hardenbrook is the Director of Global Quality Management Systems at Littelfuse Incorporated. His team is leading efforts to establish a single quality system compliant to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. In support of this effort, Donovan is spearheading Littelfuse’s first enterprise PLM system. www.littelfuse.com
Prior to joining Littelfuse, Donovan founded Leap Innovation Consulting in 2007 and held management and engineering positions at Intel Corporation, Salt River Project, Sandia National Labs and Orbital Sciences.
Donovan is a certified Project Management Professional, Agile Certified Practitioner, Quality Management Systems Auditor, and New Product Development Professional. He is a longstanding member of IEEE and served as the Vice President of Association Management for PDMA.
Donovan earned his Executive MBA from the University of Arizona as well as master’s and bachelor’s degrees in electrical engineering from New Mexico State University.
